Morning Prayer For Family Salvation

Nothing makes a born-again believer happier than having their whole family receive and make Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior. Being able to serve and worship Christ fully, along with your biological family, is one of the greatest blessings you can receive from God. However, this isn’t the case for everyone, not even for the most faithful men and women of God out there.

As you are here looking for a morning prayer for family salvation, know that you are not alone in this prayer journey for your family. The Apostle Peter said that believers all over the world are going through the same suffering as you (1 Peter 5:9 – Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.).

Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

Morning Prayer for Family Salvation

Here is a morning prayer for family salvation:

Lord, thank You for this wonderful day. I know that help comes from You alone. As I pray and think about my family today, I thank You for the gift of salvation, restoration, and redemption in their lives. I declare that a breakthrough is coming for my family, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Salvation is God’s desire and perfect will for all mankind. There’s no human being on earth that the Father desires to send to hell.

God desires to save and redeem even the most wicked person you know.

1 Timothy 2:1-4 says, “I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”

So, as you pray for your family’s salvation, be confident that God hears your prayers and will answer them and save your family because it is His will. Stay persistent in prayer, and never stop praying for your family.

Can I pray for my family to go to heaven?

Saying a morning prayer for your family’s salvation is one way to ask for our families to receive God’s eternal promises through Jesus Christ. As mentioned earlier, it is God’s will to save all mankind. 2 Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

2 Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

Morning Prayer for Family Salvation

Praying for your family to go to heaven is one of the benefits of God’s salvation and having a relationship with Jesus Christ. You may say such prayers and you can go even further than that. God not only desires for your family to go to heaven, but He also wants to bless them and make them prosperous while they are still on earth. The Lord Jesus Christ prayed in Matthew 6:10, “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.” God wants everyone to experience heaven while they are still here on earth. And that is achieved through the presence of God in our lives.

Even while you and your family are still here on earth, God wants you to experience His kindness and goodness all the days of your lives, which leads to true repentance of the heart. So, aside from praying for your family to go to heaven, pray that they will also experience and come to the knowledge of God’s love and kindness upon their lives so that there will be true repentance in their lives.

“I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.” – Psalm 27:13-14

Morning Prayer for Family Salvation

How do you pray for an unbelieving family?

Praying for an unbelieving family can be overwhelming, exhausting, and sometimes discouraging, particularly when you fail to see the results of your prayers. After all, your family’s hearts and minds must be ripe before the harvest, and that all depends on their free will. That being said, nothing is impossible. Even Jesus Christ said that while the rich may find it hard to enter the Kingdom of God, nothing is impossible with God (see Matthew 19:23-26).

Thus, a prayer for an unbelieving family or family member isn’t too hard for the Lord to answer. He said in Jeremiah 32:27, “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?” Lay your heart openly before the Lord and tell Him how much you long for your family to be saved. Pray for each of your family members and declare God’s Word of promise over their lives, such as His words from Philippians 2:10. You can pray this way: In Jesus’ name, my family shall bow at the name of Jesus and will confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord of their life. Amen!”

Continue to pray for your family’s salvation, not just in the morning but whenever the Holy Spirit prompts you. Let Him lead you in your prayer life by saying, “Holy Spirit, lead me to pray each day. I give my attention to Your voice and will follow Your instructions.”

He is your perfect Prayer Partner who is powerful and cannot be rivaled. He doesn’t know defeat, which makes you a victor as you pray in the name of Jesus.

May God bless you and declare salvation over your family, in Jesus’ name.
