For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.” God blesses us when we give to others. As Christians, we are not blessed materially for selfish needs, as that would set us up for self-destruction. As mentioned earlier, God cannot bless a person with riches and wealth if He sees they are not ready to manage it and will let it lead to self-destruction. More than seeking a financial breakthrough, it is important that you seek Christ and His kingdom, which is the true source of riches, honor, and righteousness.

If you want your family to break through financially, then commit as a family to be a channel of blessing to others. Money is not to be taken lightly. After all, it is the world’s currency. If you are not stable in your relationship with God, money can control you instead of you controlling it for the purpose and glory of God.

You cannot expect God to bless you financially if you are not ready and willing to partner with Him financially.
