Job interviews are essential when it comes to human resource management, specifically in the hiring of new employees. You can also pray and ask God for wisdom so that you will be able to prepare and ask the right questions so that you can objectively evaluate an applicant. Lastly, you can pray that it shall be a fruitful job interview because you truly want to find the right person for the job.

With your concerns regarding the job interview, Philippians 4:6-7 teaches us that we are to present our prayer requests to God. Also, in Matthew 7:7-8, it is written that those who ask receive. That is why, if we want to find the right person for a vacant job, then we ought to ask God.
