Every day we have concerns in one way or another. We have cares, worries, and anxieties, whether regarding the day we are about to have, the current week, month, or even year. As we start each new day, there is no better way to do it than to come before God in solitude and prayer, just as Jesus did in (And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. Mark 1:35). It is evident that every day we have concerns, but Philippians 4:6-7 tells us that we should present them to God.
Father in heaven, I thank You because, in Christ, we can always come before Your throne and converse with You. Thank You because as I present my prayer requests to You, Your peace, which transcends all understanding, shall guard my heart and mind. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

What is a short morning Prayer?
A short morning prayer, as the name implies, is a short prayer you say in the morning. Given that it is a morning prayer, the way it is prayed is from the standpoint of a person who is about to face a new day.
A short morning prayer mainly addresses matters for that particular day. For example, if a student has an exam, he would pray about it in the morning.
Morning prayer is not only limited to your cares and concerns. The Bible also teaches us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 that we must give thanks to God in all circumstances. The fact that you have woken up again is already one thing you should be thankful to God for. No matter what circumstance you are in, if you look hard enough, you will see that there are a thousand things for which you can pray and thank God.
You can also include long-term prayers here. For example, let’s say you are praying for healing or the particular salvation of a person. It is not necessarily a matter only for that day, but it is long-term in the sense that you pray for it every day. You can also include such things in your short morning prayers.
You don’t have to make your prayer particularly long. A concise and direct-to-the-point prayer will suffice. Jesus taught us in (But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Matthew 6:7) not to pray like the Gentiles, thinking that God will hear us more if we make our prayers long.

How do you pray on Tuesday morning?
Given the short morning prayer above, we pray on a Tuesday morning by first thanking God for the new day He has given us. As mentioned above, being able to wake up is something that we should be grateful for all on its own! You can take a pause and reflect on the things for which you are grateful. Even if those are seemingly trivial things, they are worth thanking God for.
After that, you can pray about the daily concerns that you always offer to God. For example, your parents or loved ones always go to work. Therefore you should always pray for their safety. Though they are repetitive, they are valid because they are daily concerns. You pray for such things every morning from the heart. If you do so out of routine, you are only heaping up empty phrases.
We must remember to pray to God out of love and for the sake of our relationship. Just as Paul said in 1 Corinthians 13:1-3, if we do things without love, then we are nothing.
Of course, there are concerns that we may have on a specific day, like the example we mentioned above, where a student is about to have an exam. How you do this is by identifying the concerns or prayer points that you have for the day ahead. You can have these prayer points in your planner, journal, or notebook where specific events, concerns, or appointments that need to be prayed for are plotted out. Of course, you can do this even without using such tools.
Here is an example of a Tuesday morning prayer:
Heavenly Father, Your love is steadfast, and Your mercy is new every morning. Thank You for sustaining me in my sleep and for Your mercy, which allowed me to witness another day. Thank You for the breakfast we will have later. Protect my loved ones as they go to their usual destinations today and help them be productive for the day. Give me the grace I need as I take my exam later. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
