Morning Prayer For Business Users

Business users are also your customers. Your business provides a service, a product or both to customers, who then become users of your service or product. That is why praying for your business users in the morning is like praying for your customers.

Heavenly Father, I pray that the users of my product/service will like what my company offers and stay loyal to our brand and product/service. I pray that the product/service we offer will greatly help them and serve their needs. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

How should a successful business pray?

When praying for our business, we should certainly pray for its success. We should pray for more customers, revenue, good partnerships, etc. However, from a Christian perspective, we do business not for ourselves to hoard wealth but to be a blessing to other people.

Aside from making significant revenues to bless other people financially, we aim to bless others through the products or services we offer. It is written in Matthew 5:13-16 that we are to be the salt and light to the world. We can do this through our business. For example, suppose you are in the automobile industry. In that case, you design and make cars not really for profit but rather to provide a comfortable, safe, and eco-friendly way of transporting people.

In other words, you become the salt and light to your users through the products or services you offer them.

How do I pray to God for prosperity?

We pray to God for prosperity, not just for revenues, but also fruitfulness in what we are working on in our business. For example, if you are working on a new app that will help or benefit the common good of the people, by all means, pray that your idea or endeavors regarding the app will bear fruit and prosper. 

We do this by asking God because He is the source of everything. It is from the LORD that we get wisdom, as written in Proverbs 2:6. Also, Daniel 9:18 teaches us that we are to seek God’s mercy. The abilities and resources that we have are all mercies of God. In Christ, we can ask God for those mercies as we approach His throne of grace. We can pray and ask God for the things we need as we do good works because we are His workmanship, created by God for good works.

Here is an example of what you can pray in the morning for your endeavors in business that will benefit your business users:

Father in Heaven, all wisdom, knowledge, and understanding come from You. Give us the creativity, intellect, and wisdom to develop the best products and services we can offer to our users, not to increase our profit but to better help their lives. Use our business as a blessing to our users who can benefit from our products and services. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

How do I pray for my customers?

As a business that provides services and products that can benefit customers, you can pray for the well-being of the users you are helping. For example, suppose you are a maker of robotic prosthetics for amputees. In that case, you can pray that your business’ robotic prosthetics will significantly help them and improve their everyday lives.

Your business does not have to be a million-dollar company to be able to bless other people. Even if you are just the owner of a small coffee shop, you can be a blessing to others by providing good coffee to your customers. 

You can pray a morning prayer for your business users like this:

Heavenly Father, You are the God who gives us the grace to be a blessing to others. Help us to be the salt and light by providing great coffee to those who buy our coffee. I pray that the coffee my shop provides will satisfy my customers and be delicious all day. May the coffee they have from our shop help them start a great day ahead. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

As business owners, there is nothing wrong with praying for your business and yourself. However, everything is not about us. We do business not for ourselves but for expanding God’s kingdom. If we want to expand God’s kingdom, we ought to be the salt and light to others, especially to the business users we serve.
