Talented employees might also leave if their leader’s character is terrible. In everything, character is essential. In Proverbs 11:5 (The righteousness of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.), it is written that the righteousness of the blameless keeps their ways straight, but the wicked fall by their own wickedness. Also, in Proverbs 10:9 (He that walketh uprightly walketh surely: but he that perverteth his ways shall be known.), it is written that the one who walks in integrity walks securely, but the one who walks in crookedness will be found out.
