Morning Prayer For Family Victory

Victory can mean different things to each person or family. It can mean victory against a disease, victory in a job interview, victory against the schemes of the enemy, victory in sports, career, education, etc. But as Christians, our victory is in Christ alone. He has already made us victors and champions no matter the situations we have in life. 

1 John 5:4 says, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

So, as you say a morning prayer for family victory, start praising and thanking God. Here is a prayer:

Heavenly Father, I praise and thank You for this day. As I lift my family to You regarding the situation we are facing, I thank You, for victory belongs to us through Christ. We are more than conquerors through Him, Who strengthens us, provides for us, and gives us peace, hope, and joy in Jesus’ name. Amen.

It isn’t uncommon for families to go through seasons of struggles, conflicts (Morning Prayer for a Family in Conflict), trials, and pain. How do you ask God for victory?

Saying a morning prayer for family victory to the Lord is one way to open your heart regarding your family situation. 

Just know that you don’t ask or beg God for victory—He has already given us this through Christ Jesus. It is His promise and His perfect will for all His children to walk in the victory Christ Jesus won two thousand years ago. 1 Corinthians 15:57 says, “He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” So, instead of asking God for victory, you can say, “Thank You, God, for my family is victorious against this disease in Jesus’ name!” Or “I am victorious through Christ, and this situation is nothing compared to the power of the Holy Spirit in Jesus’ name!”

When you know who you are in Christ and walk according to your identity and authority in Christ Jesus, you will always walk in the victory of God no matter what. And the devil is afraid of a child of God who remains confident and immovable by faith in God and His Word, just as when he tempted Jesus Christ in the wilderness but failed (see Matthew 4:1-11).
