Heavenly Father, thank You for waking me up today and for giving me the gentle heat of the morning sun that touches my skin as I enjoy the beauty of nature. Thank You for the blessing of family and for giving me a wonderful spouse and beautiful children. I thank You for the mercy and grace of being alive and being able to spend time with my loved ones here on earth. I know that, as I trust in You, You will always watch over me and my family and protect each of us from harm. You said in Your Word that You plan to prosper us and not to harm us, to give us hope and a wonderful future. Thank You, God, and I claim this promise for my family. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
